Selling a Property

Properties for sale are typically listed as either private sale or for auction.

Once you have decided to sell your property and have selected a real estate agent, contact CRP Conveyancing to prepare the Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor’s Statement. Upon receiving your instructions regarding your property, we will apply for all relevant property certificates. We pride ourselves on preparing and finalising your contract of sale and section 32 in a timely manner. This will ensure prospective buyers view the property and make a suitable offer for your consideration.

Once the property has sold and contracts have been exchanged we will prepare all relevant documentation including your Discharge of Mortgage authority.
Should deposit monies be required to be accessed prior to settlement we will prepare and serve a Section 27 on the purchasers legal representative (if applicable).
We liaise closing with your mortgagee and the purchasers legal representative to avoid any delay in meeting settlement.
