Once you have decided to sell your property and appointed a real estate agent, please contact CRP Conveyancing to prepare the Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor’s Statement. Upon receiving your instructions, we will promptly apply for all necessary property certificates. We take pride in preparing and finalizing these documents efficiently to ensure prospective buyers can review the contract and make informed offers for your consideration.
After the property is sold and contracts have been exchanged, we will prepare all relevant documentation, including the Discharge of Mortgage authority. If deposit funds need to be accessed prior to settlement, we will prepare and serve a Section 27 notice to the purchaser’s legal representative, where applicable.
Throughout the process, we maintain close communication with your mortgagee and the purchaser’s legal representative to prevent any delays and ensure a smooth settlement.
